- 10" x 3.11 " vinyl transfer decal
Directions:
When you "transfer" the decal to a window or other surface, you should remove the backing paper first, then stick it to the surface. After pressing several times, tear off the transparent film and transfer it to the other surface. Can only be applied to glossy surfaces. Does not work on frosted surfaces.
